Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange your order, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. You can return your product (transport costs extra) for a refund using the same payment method you used to make your purchase. However, there are some exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable,
- Items must be returned with their label and in their original packaging,
- Returned items must not show any signs of wear or use. Any failure to comply with this condition will result in the refusal of the return and/or refund.
Sun Vibes Sup Warranty
Our products are covered by a limited warranty that extends exclusively as follows
- 12 months from the earlier of (1) the date of purchase or (2) the date of shipment of Paddle Board products;
- 12 months from the earlier of (1) the date of purchase or (2) the date of shipment of accessory products.
This warranty extends only to the original owner and is not transferable.
Conditions
If you have unfortunately received a damaged product, please contact us within forty eight (48) hours of delivery and provide us with adequate proof that the item arrived damaged.
If you wish to return a product in person to our warehouse, please contact us at info@sunvibessup.com to obtain the necessary information to proceed. Please note that the product must be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery or the return will be refused.
As such, if the merchandise you received is damaged as a result of a defect caused by or attributable to the manufacturer, either during manufacture or shipment, we will, at our sole discretion, attempt to repair it to the best of our ability or refund the full purchase price of the product to you, without applying the deductions set forth below. If a product is returned under warranty with a request for a refund or exchange, after receipt of the return and inspection of the product, we reserve the right to refuse the refund/exchange and the right to modify the refund/exchange amount if there has been a breach that voids the warranty coverage offered by our company and/or if the condition of the product is not as described in its original condition or the condition disclosed by the customer at the time of the return request. This includes and is not limited to: any breach of warranty as stated in our warranty coverage below, missing parts, undisclosed damage to the product, improper packaging, failure to follow instructions for handling the product, or anything that may affect the company’s ability to recover, refurbish and/or resell the product.
